The Tulsa Games  Triathlon at the Summer Olympics could begin with the swim event at Skiatook Lake, the bicycling section through the Osage County, Oklahoma Tallgrass Prairie Preserve to Tulsa, and the road section along downtown Tulsa river parks.

Tulsa River Parks is a series of parks that run adjacent to the Arkansas River for about 10 miles from downtown to Jenks, Oklahoma.

The Atlanta 1996 Olympics did not host the Triathlon. The Triathlon had its Summer Olympics debut at the 2000 Summer Olympics, in Sydney, and has been contested since then.

The 2016 IOC candidate city bid package listed a minimum seating requirement for the Triathlon with the swim at 2,500 seats, and 110 athletes.

The bike and run section would be at road courses where spectators could watch for free.
